All this talk about kissing is making me feel like kissing, maybe I’ll go and audition to be an actor and I’d accept only roles where deep kissing (and touching) is the order of the day. As we all know most men like..love kissing but the ladies argue that they love kissing more than men and to an extent I’d agree to that. There are several types of kisses 90% of men fantasise about.. such as
Studio portrait of mature couple kissing
1. KISSES INITIATED BY YOU: Most men are used to initiating dates, kisses, and se x. That’s why they love it when you turn things around on them by kissing them first. That means you should get on top of him and start kissing him for a change. He’ll be happy to know that he’s not the only one interested in a make-out session. It’ll prove that you’re just as horny as he is.
2. THOSE KISSES DOWN BELOW: This one shouldn’t be a secret. Your man would love to have your lips touch him down below the belt. Of course, he doesn’t need you to start giving him oral right away. He’d love for you to give him some wet kisses down there first. Do it just like you’d kiss his neck or his collarbone. It’s all the same!
3. TEASING KISSES: He might not admit it, but he loves to be teased. That’s why you should get close to him, like you’re about to kiss his lips, and then pull yourself away. When you actually kiss him, give him light ones that barely touch his skin. That way, when you eventually kiss him like you mean it, every touch will feel a lot more intense, because of the anticipation.
4. PDA KISSES: He might not want to make-out with you in front of his friends or family members, but he’s definitely interested in a little PDA. That’s why you should plant some kisses on him the next time that you’re walking through the mall. Just make sure that no one is looking!
5. LIP KISSING DURING SE X: When you’re having se x, you don’t have to stick to kissing his chest and thighs. Kissing him on the lips is an intimate gesture that he’ll appreciate. It’ll show him that he’s more than just a body to you. He’s someone that you actually love and care about.
6. NECK KISSING: You already knew that women go crazy over neck kisses, but did you know that men love them just as much as you do? The spot is super sensitive. That’s why you should kiss him on his lips, then on his jaw, and finally on his neck. Once you hit the right area, he’s going to go wild. It can be your secret sex weapon.
7. DEEP TONGUE KISSES: There’s nothing better than a kiss like this, mostly because they’re the type of kisses that frequently lead to se x. That’s why they get us men so hot and heavy. They make us excited about what’s to come. So if you’re interested in having se x with your man, you can let him know by starting out with a kiss like this and then following it up by lifting his shirt over his head. It’ll make your intentions perfectly clear.

BEING fit is not just about what you eat and drink or how you move. It’s about having the right mindset and enough energy to be active and to choose healthy food. Many people go wrong by eating a breakfast made up mostly of refined carbohydrates with very little fibre and protein — like a refined-flour bagel, a muffin made with sugar and white flour, or a sugary low-fibre breakfast cereal. Balancing carbohydrates (preferably from whole grains, fruit and vegetables) with some protein and a little healthier fat will do a better job of staving off hunger until lunch and fuelling your entire morning’s activities. Speaking with a nutritionist, Mrs. Ngozi Nnaemeka, she explained that it’s better for your health (and your healthy eight) to eat breakfast than to skip it. And it’s definitely better to eat a health breakfast, high in fibres and major nutrients, than one full of refined grains, sugar, salt, and/or saturated fats. But what if you’re fresh out of healthy breakfast ideas? “...

It all started when they took over the estates and our facilities. ‘’They threatened to abduct my children attending American International School and I had to relocate them abroad when they attempted to make good the threat. ‘’They have run my family out of town but I have started receiving threat messages and calls to give up the business too. ‘’It is so sad that I don’t have a permanent residence again. We have been overwhelmed with many questions on the health benefits and other nutritional contents of red palm oil. I hope this piece addresses the questions raised by the likes of Nneka Udokwu, Hajia Damilola Odusille, Eno Essien and the others. Not too long ago, I walked into a pharmaceutical/cosmetic shop on Opebi Road, Ikeja, Lagos, and on the shelf were bottles of red palm oil [RPO] food supplement capsules. Though I have heard of its existence since 2013, it was my first time of coming across it in Nigeria. I checked the containers of the supplement and saw that they originated from the US. The three different brands: ‘Natural red palm oil concentrate softgels’, ‘Red palm oil capsules Juka’s Organic Co.’, ‘Red Palm oil, the new super food of the year’, by Botanic Choice’ Stopping in my tracks, I pondered ‘red palm oil in capsules?
