Innoss’B – Chantier


 A well-known musician in the Congolese music scene, Innoss'B has made a big impact on a lot of different music genres, like Afrobeats, Ndombolo, Hip Hop, R&B, Rumba, and Afropop. He was born on May 5, 1997, as Innocent Didace Balume in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is well-known for his diverse skill set as a rapper, singer, dancer, and songwriter. One of the singles from his most recent album, "Calcul," "Chantier," marks his comeback to the music scene.


The English word "Chantier," which means "Construction Site," immediately draws in listeners with its throbbing rhythm and upbeat percussion. A compelling groove introduces the song, setting the stage for an exciting musical adventure ahead.

Mendy Signs For Lorient After Being Cleared Of Rape

  Former Manchester City defender Benjamin Mendy has signed for Ligue 1 side Lorient five days after being cleared of rape. The left-back, 29, whose City contract expired in the summer, has signed a two-year deal with the French club. He was  cleared of raping a woman  and attempting to rape another at Chester Crown Court on Friday. That followed a trial in January when Mendy was  cleared of six counts of rape  and one of sexual assault. Mendy became the  world’s most expensive defender  when City paid Monaco £52m to sign the France defender in 2017. ROYAL SOCIETY AIMS TO BOOST NUMBER OF BLACK SCIENTISTS

  Young black scientists will get sizeable grants towards cutting-edge research in a pilot scheme aimed at increasing their numbers in the field. Five scientists a year will get up to £690,000 spread over four years. The Royal Society, which represents the UK's leading researchers, hopes its grants increase low numbers of black scientists, particularly in research. The fellowships  should allow the recipients to work in any of the country's research institutes. It will also mentor the scientists and help with career networking. Royal Society President Prof Sir Adrian Smith told BBC News that the low numbers of black scientists in the UK was "unacceptable". Dr Mark Richards, who is one of the UK's very few senior black scientists, and who helped the Royal Society develop the scheme, said that although the number of fellowships is small, it is hoped that they will make a big difference. MohBad’s Management Announces Candlelight Procession For The Late Singer

  The management of Promise Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad has announced a candlelight procession and tribute in honour of the late singer. The announcement was made on Mohbad’s X handle on Monday, few minutes before midnight. A flyer was shared with the details of the event which is expected to hold on Thursday, September 21 at 5pm. The candlelight procession is expected to commence from Lekki Phase 1 Gate and terminate at Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos. The tribute concert will kick off 8pm prompt at Muri Okunola Park. Dress code for the candlelight procession and tribute concert is white T-shirt. And according to the management, the “event is not sponsored by any company or individual.” The musical act died on Tuesday, September 12, at 27 with several controversies surrounding his demise.

Akeredolu excited by NDDC’s new approach to development

Ondo State Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN) has hailed the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) for adopting a pragmatic approach to the development of Niger Delta.
