Innoss’B – Chantier


 A well-known musician in the Congolese music scene, Innoss'B has made a big impact on a lot of different music genres, like Afrobeats, Ndombolo, Hip Hop, R&B, Rumba, and Afropop. He was born on May 5, 1997, as Innocent Didace Balume in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is well-known for his diverse skill set as a rapper, singer, dancer, and songwriter. One of the singles from his most recent album, "Calcul," "Chantier," marks his comeback to the music scene.


The English word "Chantier," which means "Construction Site," immediately draws in listeners with its throbbing rhythm and upbeat percussion. A compelling groove introduces the song, setting the stage for an exciting musical adventure ahead.

Paris moves 2,500 migrants from makeshift camps

Migrants being moved from the La Chapelle fdistrict of Paris on Friday Eric Feferberg/AFP Paris police early on Friday morning moved some 2,500 migrants who had been living rough in the north of the city to centres in the surrounding region and elsewhere in France, officials said. The evacuation, which went ahead smoothly, entailed moving migrants who had been living around a centre set up in the Porte de la Chapelle area last November. The authorities used 60 buses to disperse the migrants to other locations in the Paris region, mainly school gymnasiums that have become available during the holiday season. Police, local council officials, immigration officials and some NGOs took part in the operation, the 34th since 2015. Brazil to lift meat trade restrictions- WTO chief

Brazil is engaged in World Trade Organisation(WTO) committee talks aimed at eliminating any potential barriers to poultry and pork exports. The meeting is in line with an upcoming summit in December, the next opportunity to advance agreements benefiting its farm exports, the head of the WTO said. Brazil has proposed the adoption of scientific criteria related to sanitary standards in the food trade in a WTO committee, Director-General Roberto Azevedo told a conference on Tuesday. Brazil and the European Union have an interest in advancing talks to reduce subsidies distorting trade, although no agreement is in sight yet, he added. The EU, Brazil and three other Latin American countries introduced a WTO proposal in July aimed at reducing farm subsidies. “For it to be possible to reduce subsidies it is necessary that all countries change. Otherwise it is like unilateral disarmament,” Azevedo said. The WTO will hold a ministerial conference in Buenos Aires in early December. ...

Taiwan to order Nigerian office to leave Taipei

Taiwan  will tell the Nigerian trade office to move out of Taipei in a reciprocal move, following the action taken by Abuja against Taipei, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said yesterday. The ministry recalled the January order by the federal government that Taiwan should move its office from Abuja, change the name of the office — the Trade Mission of Republic of China (Taiwan) in the federal capital — and cut the number of staff in the office. It also demanded on March 31 that Morgan Chao, director of the trade office, leave the country, saying that it could not guarantee his safety. Chao has since returned to Taiwan. Nigeria then sent military personnel on June 30 to seal off the trade office and forced the staff to leave. The ministry has lodged a serious protest and expressed deep regret over the matter, it said. Mendy Signs For Lorient After Being Cleared Of Rape

  Former Manchester City defender Benjamin Mendy has signed for Ligue 1 side Lorient five days after being cleared of rape. The left-back, 29, whose City contract expired in the summer, has signed a two-year deal with the French club. He was  cleared of raping a woman  and attempting to rape another at Chester Crown Court on Friday. That followed a trial in January when Mendy was  cleared of six counts of rape  and one of sexual assault. Mendy became the  world’s most expensive defender  when City paid Monaco £52m to sign the France defender in 2017. The Ekiti State All Progressives Congress (APC) Elders’ Forum has thrown its weight behind governorship zoning to Ekiti South to ensure equity, justice and fair play among the three senatorial districts. This formed the kernel of a forum organized by a group, Itesiwaju Ekiti, a political platform of a former member of the House of Representatives and a governorship aspirant, Hon. Ilogbo residents urge Amosun to fix road

Residents of Ilogbo and its environs have urged Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun to fix the road from Love bus stop (Tipper Garage) on Atan-Idiroko Road, leading to Ilogbo. Their spokesman, Mr. Clement Ade Eleyinmi, said the road had become a death trap. He said: “We thank Governor Amosun for developing Ogun State. But some areas have been neglected. They don’t have good roads and other basic amenities, such as hospitals, police stations, markets, filling stations, etc. “Ilogbo and neighbouring towns and villages are neglected. Our road is in a deplorable condition. The Community Development Association (CDA) is appealing to our amiable and hardworking governor to send his representatives to inspect this road, in order to repair it. They dismissed agitations for disintegration and secession, saying no one stands to gain anything meaningful from dismemberment of the nation. You Can Have An Ulcer Without Pain – Gastroenterologist

A gastroenterologist, Dr Ganiyat Oyeleke, says it is possible for a patient to have an ulcer without pain, even as many victims experience severe pain in their stomach. Dr Oyeleke, a consultant at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), revealed this when she appeared on  Channels Television’s  Health Matters. “Some people do not experience pain when they have an ulcer, it happens in some cases,” she said. but some could have “But some could have bloating, that is the feeling of fullness in the tummy. Stakeholders query police release of suspected Alaba pirate

NEWS of the release of a suspected major intellectual property thief at the Alaba Market, Lagos has been causing a stir among stakeholders. According to reports, the suspect was released by the police because he denied owning the pirated works found on a property allegedly belonging to him and was celebrating his release. The suspect, an assistant financial secretary of a group in Alaba international market, and three others were arrested in August by a task force made up of members of the National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) and Film and Video Producers and Marketers Association of Nigeria (FVPMAN) alongside the police.
