Innoss’B – Chantier


 A well-known musician in the Congolese music scene, Innoss'B has made a big impact on a lot of different music genres, like Afrobeats, Ndombolo, Hip Hop, R&B, Rumba, and Afropop. He was born on May 5, 1997, as Innocent Didace Balume in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is well-known for his diverse skill set as a rapper, singer, dancer, and songwriter. One of the singles from his most recent album, "Calcul," "Chantier," marks his comeback to the music scene.


The English word "Chantier," which means "Construction Site," immediately draws in listeners with its throbbing rhythm and upbeat percussion. A compelling groove introduces the song, setting the stage for an exciting musical adventure ahead.

You Can Have An Ulcer Without Pain – Gastroenterologist

A gastroenterologist, Dr Ganiyat Oyeleke, says it is possible for a patient to have an ulcer without pain, even as many victims experience severe pain in their stomach. Dr Oyeleke, a consultant at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), revealed this when she appeared on  Channels Television’s  Health Matters. “Some people do not experience pain when they have an ulcer, it happens in some cases,” she said. but some could have “But some could have bloating, that is the feeling of fullness in the tummy. 11 die as rains pound cities

Homes submerged in Lagos, Suleja, Ibadan Ikoyi, Lekki, others thrown into darkness Floods hit many Nigerian cities after long hours of rainfall at the weekend. There were deaths. Homes were  flooded. Eleven people died in Suleja and other towns in Niger State. Many parts of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, were flooded. Residents of highbrow Victoria Island, Lekki and Ajah in Lagos were yesterday waiting for the floods to recede. They were warned to vacate the flood-prone area because of the expected intense rains. Lawyers: IPOB’s funding can be blocked diplomatically

Lawyers yesterday said the federal government can block the funding of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) through diplomatic means. The government had said IPOB gets its funding from France, which it described as the group’s international headquarters. But France denied having anything to do with the secessionist group. Director-General of West African Institute for Financial and Economic Management (WAIFEM), Prof. Akpan Ekpo, urged the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) to track financial flows to IPOB. He said the agency should work closely with all core regulators of financial, other-financial institutions, designated non- financial businesses and professions to ensure that funding for IPOB is blocked. Reps praise NIPCO for boosting downstream

The House of Representatives Committee on Petroleum Resources (Downstream) has commended NIPCO for its acquisition of ExxonMobil’s 60 per cent equity in Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc. According to the lawmakers, the acquisition has demystified the impression of International Oil Companies (IOCs) that it is difficult for indigenous oil companies to market petroleum products. Committee Chairman Hon. Joseph Akinlaja made the commendation when the committee visited  NIPCO Plc headquarters in Lagos. Two Ondo delegates to Niger Delta summit die in road crash

Two delegates to the second meeting of the National Council on Niger Delta (NCND), hosted by Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, in collaboration with Ondo State government yesterday reportedly died in an auto crash on the Okitipupa-Igbokoda Road. Sources said the delegates, whose identities could not be ascertained, were travelling from Akure, the state capital, to Igbokoda, in the riverine area, for the summit, chaired by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo. Four others were reportedly injured in the accident, which occurred close to Agro Industry near Ode-Aye, a sleepy town on the Okitipupa-Igbokoda Road. Police spokesman Femi Joseph, a Superintendent of Police (SP), confirmed the incident, saying it was caused by speeding. He said three vehicles were involved in the fatal accident, adding that the vehicles were damaged beyond recognition.
