Innoss’B – Chantier


 A well-known musician in the Congolese music scene, Innoss'B has made a big impact on a lot of different music genres, like Afrobeats, Ndombolo, Hip Hop, R&B, Rumba, and Afropop. He was born on May 5, 1997, as Innocent Didace Balume in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is well-known for his diverse skill set as a rapper, singer, dancer, and songwriter. One of the singles from his most recent album, "Calcul," "Chantier," marks his comeback to the music scene.


The English word "Chantier," which means "Construction Site," immediately draws in listeners with its throbbing rhythm and upbeat percussion. A compelling groove introduces the song, setting the stage for an exciting musical adventure ahead.

Ogun to distribute C of O bi-monthly

Ogun State Governor  Ibikunle Amosun has assured that the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy and other land title documents under the Homeowners’ Charter Scheme will now be bi-monthly in order to fast-track the process. The Governor who stated this while distributing the documents to successful beneficiaries at the Oba’s Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, said it would help speed-up the process and avoid needless delay in the issuance of the Certificates to qualified applicants. Amosun, who was represented by the Special Adviser/Director-General, Bureau of Lands & Survey, Mr. Biyi Ismail, pleaded with applicants yet to complete payment to pay up on time so that their application can be promptly processed.  ‘’We have been consistent in the distribution of C of O and other land title documents in the last three months and we even made it bi-monthly from August 2017 just to make Homeowners’ Charter process faster and not to keep successful applicants waiting’’ he said...

AIB boss charges NAAPE on professionalism

Accident, Investigation Bureau (AIB) Commissioner Akin Olateru  has urged members of the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE) to be more professional in the discharge of their duties. According to Olateru, if NAAPE members, aircraft engineers and pilots in various organisations display professionalism in the discharge of their duties, the aviation industry would experience more growth and continue to remain safe for flight operations. Ogun govt calls for synergy among council chiefs

The Ogun State government has urged chairmen of local government areas, local council development areas (LCDAs) and Consultative Advisory Committee (CAC) to maintain a harmonious relationship that will enable the councils develop. Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Chief Jide Ojuko, spoke at an interactive meeting with local government chieftains at the Obas’ Complex Hall in Abeokuta, the state capital. JSS3 dropout builds aerodynamic car

Jude Onah, 24, may not be a university graduate or an auto engineer. But one Sunday, he drove to church in a locally-assembled three-wheel aerodynamic car, which he designed, writes Udemma Chukwuma. It was difficult for those present to believe that Jude Onah is a junior secondary school dropout when he drove his 2017 locally-assembled three-wheel aerodynamic car to Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Grace Land, Kaduna, where he worships, a few Sundays ago. A crowd, including children, who could not hide their surprise, gathered around the red car in admiration after the service. They cheered Onah and the children ran after the car as he drove home. He spoke last week as guest speaker at a one-day symposium titled  the church and the challenges of the 21 st  century  at the National Headquarters of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) Makoko, Lagos. The symposium was part of activities marking the 70th anniversary of the church. Akinadewo identified challenges facing churches to include persecution, inter-religious conflict, funding, leadership struggles, heretical beliefs and involvement in secular politics. Brazil to lift meat trade restrictions- WTO chief

Brazil is engaged in World Trade Organisation(WTO) committee talks aimed at eliminating any potential barriers to poultry and pork exports. The meeting is in line with an upcoming summit in December, the next opportunity to advance agreements benefiting its farm exports, the head of the WTO said. Brazil has proposed the adoption of scientific criteria related to sanitary standards in the food trade in a WTO committee, Director-General Roberto Azevedo told a conference on Tuesday. Brazil and the European Union have an interest in advancing talks to reduce subsidies distorting trade, although no agreement is in sight yet, he added. The EU, Brazil and three other Latin American countries introduced a WTO proposal in July aimed at reducing farm subsidies. “For it to be possible to reduce subsidies it is necessary that all countries change. Otherwise it is like unilateral disarmament,” Azevedo said. The WTO will hold a ministerial conference in Buenos Aires in early December. ...

Five million benefit from Niger Delta Amnesty’ – Boroh

•Boroh lists gains of initiative since 2009 Coordinator, Presidential Amnesty Programme,  Brig.-Gen. Paul Boroh,  has said over  five million people in Niger Delta have benefited from the initiative  since 2009. Gen. Boroh, who is the special adviser to the President on Niger Delta, spoke in Akure  shortly after receiving an award as Niger Delta Peace Ambassador from the Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ), Ondo State council. He said the  programme was initiated in 2009, following conflicts in the region. Boroh said he cannot be specific on the amount the Federal Government spent  in restoring peace in the area. “For all I know, the programme has impacted  on well over five  million people in the region and aided efforts to achieve peace in the Niger Delta,’’ he said. In this interview with Okwy Iroegbu-Chikezie, he argues that standardisation and quality assurance are critical to economic prosperity.
